The journey starts with a Mindful Foraging walk where you will learn to identify and harvest wild herbs like sage and thyme. The experience then transforms into a hands-on Botanical Alchemy Workshop. Under our expert guidance, you will step into the role of the maker, using your freshly foraged herbs and premium Cretan ingredients to craft the specific natural cosmetic of your choice. This isn't just a demonstration—it is your personal creation. We conclude with a Cretan Brunch & Tea Ritual, celebrating the bounty of the land we just explored. The ritual continues as you blend and brew your own botanical tea, selecting the perfect combination of mountain herbs to suit your taste. We conclude with a Cretan Brunch, where you’ll enjoy your custom brew alongside a spread of authentic local delicacies. The Workshop Menu: Your Personal Choice At the workshop, you choose one of the following signature recipes to craft yourself during the experience. We provide all the specialized equipment and premium bases (like extra virgin olive oil and almond oil) for your chosen project: 1. THE DETOXIFIER | Cretan Bath Salts: Master the art of blending coarse sea salt, Epsom salts, and freshly chopped mountain herbs. Perfect for creating a spa-grade, detoxifying ritual for your home. 2. THE ELIXIR | Botanical Body Oil: Learn the infusion process by combining whole herb sprigs with premium almond oil. You will create a "living" cosmetic that continues to mature and gain potency in its glass jar. 3. THE RENEWER | Exfoliating Scrub: Hand-mix a natural scrub paste using a base of brown sugar, extra virgin olive oil, and finely crushed mountain flora for the ultimate skin-renewal treatment.
